Technology

Why choose the EHT² EFT² filtering air inlet?

Compliant with French building ventilation regulations and compatible with every VMC on the market, the EHT² EFT² air inlet replaces a standard air inlet without altering the installation, in new builds as well as in renovation.

It carries TEQOYA's patented e-filtration technology, which combines ozone-free air ionisation with electrostatic filtration: ions produced in a very localised area, under one millimetre, bind to the pollutants of the outside air, which the collector then retains.

  • High-performance

    Tested under the conditions of the NF EN ISO 16890 standard: 90% of particles larger than 10 µm, 80% above 2.5 µm and 77% above 1 µm — particles and aerosols, bacteria, pollen, spores, mould, dust, ash and smoke.

  • Energy-efficient

    1.5 Watt in continuous operation, that is less than €4 a year, with no motor at all. The filter is cleaned rather than replaced: no consumables, no recurring expense.

  • Durable

    No programmed obsolescence, and a large available plate surface: no risk of the inlet clogging in the event of heavy fouling or of missed maintenance.

  • Discreet

    Inaudible in use, it cuts noise coming from outside by up to 43 dB, that is 6 to 8 dB better than a standard air inlet. Understated design, durable materials, local manufacturing.

Built into the wall, out of sight

The assembly fits the opening of a traditional air inlet: indoor cover, insulated sleeve, filtering module and outdoor grille.

Filtration principle

① Ozone-free ionisation of the incoming air, ② electrostatic collection of the particles, then an acoustic absorber before the air reaches the room.

The filtering module

The plate collector is pulled out and cleaned: there is no disposable filter to buy again, and no stock to manage.
