Technology

A technological breakthrough for air handling units

Air filtration accounts for 30% of the electricity consumed by a building ventilation system. Disposable filters represent a significant share of a building's environmental footprint, in energy as well as in consumables.

The E·Filter is the culmination of electrostatic technology development for air filtration: ozone-free ionisation, electrostatic collection with no discharge risk, and low-footprint materials.

  • Efficiency validated by CETIAT

Efficiency measured to the ISO 16890 standard by an independent laboratory.

  • Energy savings, fast payback

Dividing the pressure drop by five cuts the fan consumption accordingly.

  • Room to increase the ventilation flow rate

The recovered pressure margin can be reinvested in air renewal.

  • Simplified operation

Reduced maintenance, and no more disposable-filter stock management.

  • Ten-year service life and safe operation

Electrostatic collection with no discharge risk, ozone emissions below 1 ppb.

Air filters and purifiers designed and manufactured at the TEQOYA site in Gironde, France, under ozone-free ionisation patents reconciling indoor air quality with the environmental quality of buildings. This technology is a TEQOYA — ADDAIR joint development.
